At Yogatraya AIResearch LLP, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If ResearcherMinds isn't the right fit, we offer a fair, transparent refund policy based on your actual usage.
1. Free Tier — No Payment, No Refund Needed
- •The Research Question Mind module is completely free
- •Includes 25 AI credits — yours forever
- •No credit card required to start
2. Paid Subscriptions — 7-Day Refund Window
We offer a pro-rated refund within 7 days of purchase, calculated based on your unused credits:
Refund Formula
Refund = Amount Paid × (Unused Credits ÷ Total Credits)
Example Calculation:
- • Plan purchased: ₹999
- • Total credits received: 6,000
- • Credits used: 1,500
- • Unused credits: 4,500
- Refund = ₹999 × (4,500 ÷ 6,000) = ₹749
3. Eligibility for Refund
- •Within 7 days: Request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- •Unused credits: Refund amount is based on your remaining unused credits
- •One refund per plan: Each subscription purchase is eligible for one refund request
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- •After 7 days: Requests made after the 7-day window cannot be processed
- •All credits used: If you've used 100% of your credits, no refund is available
- •Terms violations: Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible
Remember: Your credits never expire. Take your time to use them at your own pace.
5. How to Request a Refund
- 1.Email us at rajeshsk@yogatraya.com with subject: "Refund Request"
- 2.Include your registered email and order/transaction ID
- 3.We'll verify your usage and process the pro-rated refund
- 4.Refunds are processed via Razorpay within 5-7 business days
